All Sales Final
All purchases made at Cube Scents are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, for any reason, unless otherwise stated below.
We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Although all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales.cubescents@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.
European Union & United Kingdom — Mandatory 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at sales.cubescents@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
