Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times within the United States typically range from 5–10 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Cube Scents™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or high demand periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Cube Scents™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after carrier confirmation of delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Orders International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cube Scents™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
